All the orders on Doonline once made,cannot be refunded and cancelled unless the same can be done by service provider.The detailed information is given below:

Restaurant- All the orders once made on Doonline's restaurant portal cannot be refunded and cancelled.Once your order has been placed and confirmed,it is then sent to restaurant owner who then processes your order.However if the cancellation is done before your food is processed,then your order may be cancelled.This will depend on case by case basis.We therefore suggest you to review your order before placing it.All refunds will be made into the original mode of payment and processing of refund takes about 4-5 working days.Please note due to food products involved,we may not be able to do partial refunds.

Bakery- All the orders once placed,cannot be cancelled.Once your order is confirmed,it is passed to the baker instantly who processes your order.We therefore suggest you to review your order before placing it.ll refunds will be made into the original mode of payment and processing of refund takes about 4-5 working days.Please note due to food products involved,we may not be able to do partial refunds.

Please note that processing of refunds depends on our descretion and we may deny a refund based on the order.
